Our Story

Born In Ireland. Made In Kentucky.

Smiley Monroe began in Northern Ireland in 1979, supplying conveyor belts to local quarries. Today we are a global manufacturer trusted by leading equipment brands, dealers and operators worldwide.

In 2020 we opened our US production center in Franklin, Kentucky — combining four decades of manufacturing experience with local production, inventory and customer support. The arrival of our new CNC cutting machine marks the next stage of that story.
